Thank you for shopping at Polished Ginger Press-On Nails. We want you to love your new nails, but because of the hygienic and custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Final Sale & Exceptions
Due to sanitary reasons and health regulations, all press-on nail sets, custom orders, sizing kits, and application tools are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only offer replacements or refunds under the following strict exceptions:

Damaged Items: The product arrived broken or damaged during transit.

Incorrect Items: You received the wrong style, shape, or length from what you originally ordered.
Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. It is the customer's responsibility to use our sizing guides to find the correct fit before ordering.
2. Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to us within [Insert number, e.g., 7 or 14] days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the original packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will either ship out a replacement set immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refunds Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
