Thank you for shopping at Polished Ginger! We want to ensure you get your gorgeous new nails as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Processing Times

Because our press-on nails are carefully crafted and handmade to order, please allow a standard processing window before your order ships:

  • Ready-to-Ship Sets: Processed and packed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Sets: Processed and crafted within 5-10 business days.

Note: Processing times may be extended during holiday seasons or major collection launches. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or customs, which are outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Polished Ginger Press-On Nails is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible if a package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Polished Ginger Press-On Nails is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking states "delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Tip: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
